About East Bridge Care
East Bridge Care is a concierge coordination service for international patients undergoing medical procedures in Vietnam. We are not a medical provider, hospital, or surgical booking platform. We do not employ surgeons, operate clinics, or perform medical procedures of any kind.
By using our website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
What we provide
East Bridge Care provides post-surgical recovery coordination services, including but not limited to: accommodation arrangements, airport and local transportation, nursing and caregiver coordination, meal planning, and general on-the-ground logistics support during your recovery period in Vietnam.
We may also provide a curated list of surgeons and dental specialists as a reference resource. This list is offered as a courtesy. We do not endorse any specific surgeon, guarantee outcomes, or take responsibility for surgical results. You are solely responsible for selecting and vetting your own medical provider.
What we do not provide
We do not book, coordinate, or manage surgical procedures. We do not act as a medical intermediary between you and your surgeon. We are not present in the operating room and have no involvement in clinical decisions.
We do not provide medical advice. Nothing on our website or in our communications constitutes medical advice. Always consult a licensed medical professional regarding your health, procedure suitability, and recovery requirements.
Limitation of liability
East Bridge Care is not liable for any outcomes related to your surgical procedure, including complications, dissatisfaction with results, or medical emergencies. Our services begin after your procedure is complete, and our responsibility is limited to the logistical coordination we have agreed to provide.
In no event shall East Bridge Care’s total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for your concierge package. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
We make reasonable efforts to vet the vendors and service providers we work with, but we cannot guarantee the performance of third parties including accommodation providers, transportation operators, or nursing staff. In the event of a failure by a third-party provider, we will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement solution.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documentation, including a valid passport and applicable visa for Vietnam. You are responsible for arranging and paying for your own medical procedure directly with your surgeon.
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting your inquiry and during the package planning process. Inaccurate information — particularly regarding your procedure type, timeline, or health status — may affect our ability to deliver appropriate recovery support.
You acknowledge that medical tourism involves inherent risks, including risks associated with international travel, surgical procedures, and recovery in an unfamiliar environment. You accept these risks as your own.
Intellectual property
All content on eastbridgecare.com — including text, imagery, branding, and design — is the property of East Bridge Care and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.
