How can we help?
Navigate Your Recovery in Vietnam with Confidence
No two journeys look the same. Our concierge services are fully modular — select the support that makes sense for your procedure, your timeline, and your comfort level. All service requests must be submitted ahead of your arrival so we can have everything prepared and waiting for you.
Rest & Recover
Your accommodation is selected with one priority in mind — your convenience and comfort during recovery. Whether that means a hotel or a private apartment-style stay, we scout what’s closest and most practical for your specific procedure and clinic.
Every recovery is different, so every kit is bespoke. From specialized wound care supplies to local comforts, we pack exactly what your specific procedure requires. Every stay includes a curated recovery kit tailored to your surgery. Think of it as a thoughtfully assembled collection of post-care essentials — designed to support your healing and add a personal touch to your recovery experience. What you receive will always be appropriate to your surgery and chosen with care.

Ready to BUILD YOUR Plan?
Fill out the form below with as much detail as you can. The more we know about your procedure, your timeline, and what you’re looking for, the better we can tailor your package before we connect.
Booking Terms
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your concierge package. The remaining balance is due on the day of your arrival.
If you need to cancel, we get it — sometimes plans change. Cancellations made 14 days or more before your arrival date will have their deposit credited toward a future booking. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival forfeit the deposit in full.
Please note that submitting a service request does not constitute a confirmed booking. Your package is only confirmed once your deposit has been received and we’ve reached out to confirm the details with you.
How do you ensure my “Recovery Kit” is actually useful for my specific surgery?
We don’t do “one-size-fits-all” boxes. If you are here for FFS, your kit focuses on specialized cooling masks and oral care; if you’re here for a BBL, it includes specific seating supports and skin integrity supplies. We coordinate with your surgical team’s post-op list to ensure every item in your room is surgeon-approved.
Can I book a nurse for just the first night, or do I need a full week?
Our nursing support is fully modular. Most solo travelers find the first 24–48 hours are the most critical for pain management and mobility. You can book a professional nurse in 12-hour blocks, allowing you to have professional oversight during the high-risk anesthesia “fog” without paying for unnecessary 24/7 care once you are stable.
What happens if my medication needs to be refilled or changed mid-recovery?
This is where “Boots on the Ground” matters. We handle the pharmacy runs and, more importantly, the translation of the pharmacist’s instructions. If your surgeon issues a new prescription, we collect it and ensure the dosage instructions are clearly labeled in English so there is zero confusion at 2 AM.
Is the “Board” option just a hotel booking service?
No. We vet accommodations specifically for “surgical readiness.” This means verifying elevator width for wheelchairs, ensuring the shower has a detachable head or bench if needed, and confirming the staff is accustomed to international medical guests. We choose locations within a 5-10 minute radius of your clinic to minimize “travel trauma” during follow-up appointments.
Why should I use an independent concierge instead of the hospital’s free coordinator?
Hospital coordinators work for the hospital; we work for you. In the 2026 medical market, “free” coordinators often receive a 10% to 20% commission from the clinic, which can influence their advice. Because we are a fee-for-service provider, our only priority is your safety and comfort, offering an unbiased layer of advocacy between you and the clinical staff.
Do I need to book all services together, or can I just add what i need?
Everything is modular. You can book a single service — just transport, just a nurse, just accommodation — or build a full package. There’s no minimum, and no pressure to take what you don’t need.
How far in advance do I need to submit my request?
We recommend submitting at least 2 weeks before your arrival date. Some services — particularly nursing and accommodation — require more lead time to arrange properly. The earlier you reach out, the more options we have available.
Can I change or add services after I’ve already submitted my request?
Yes, within reason. Changes are easiest to accommodate before your travel dates are locked in. Once you’re close to arrival, some adjustments may not be possible — which is why we always encourage submitting early and over-communicating your needs.
What if my surgery gets postponed or cancelled?
It happens, and we understand. Get in touch with us as soon as you know and we’ll work through your options together. Cancellation terms vary depending on what’s been arranged, which is why we walk you through everything before anything is confirmed.
Do you work with specific clinics or doctors?
We’re not tied to specific providers. If you’ve already chosen your clinic, we work around that. If you’re still deciding, we’re happy to point you toward reputable options — but the final choice is always yours.
Is someone available if something goes wrong during my recovery?
Yes. That’s the whole point. You won’t be navigating an emergency in a foreign country alone. Our team is reachable throughout your stay and can coordinate with your medical team, arrange additional nursing, or help you get back to the clinic if needed.
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens, and sometimes procedures get postponed or plans change. If you cancel 14 days or more before your arrival date, your deposit will be held as a credit toward a future booking. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, the deposit is forfeited. Either way, get in touch with us as soon as you know — the earlier we hear from you, the more we can do to help.
