Who we are
East Bridge Care is a medical tourism concierge service based in Los Angeles, California, operating in Vietnam. We coordinate post-surgical recovery services for international patients. Our website is eastbridgecare.com.
We are not a medical provider, hospital, or clinic. We do not perform or book surgical procedures. We coordinate logistics, accommodations, nursing support, and recovery services on behalf of clients who have independently arranged their own surgical care.
What information we collect
Information you provide directly: When you submit a service inquiry or contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any details you share about your intended procedure and travel plans. We do not collect payment information through our website — payments are handled separately via invoice.
Automatically collected data: Like most websites, we collect standard server log data when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit. We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic in aggregate.
Cookies: Our site uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not function correctly as a result.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide exclusively to respond to your inquiry, coordinate your concierge package, and communicate with you about your booking. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We may share limited information with third-party service providers who assist in delivering your package — such as accommodation partners, transportation providers, or nursing staff — but only to the extent necessary to fulfill your service and under confidentiality obligations.
We do not share your information with the surgeons or clinics in our network. Our network relationships are separate from our client relationships.
Medical information
If you share details about your medical procedure or health status with us — which many clients do to help us plan appropriate recovery support — we treat that information with strict confidentiality. It is used only to design your recovery package and is never shared beyond the team members directly responsible for your care coordination.
East Bridge Care does not store medical records and is not subject to HIPAA as we are not a covered healthcare entity. However, we handle all health-related information with the same standard of discretion we’d expect for our own.
Data retention
We retain your contact and booking information for up to three years following your last interaction with us, after which it is securely deleted. If you would like your information removed sooner, contact us at hello@eastbridgecare.com and we will process your request within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights under applicable privacy law to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion.

Our website may contain links to external sites, including surgeon profiles and partner resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies independently.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the ‘Last updated’ date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email.
